Customer Service Representative in Saint Charles, Missouri at OLE TYME PRODUCE INC

Ole Tyme Produce is growing—and looking to add to our in-house Customer Service Team! This is a Monday-Friday, in-office and hourly role, with a schedule of 8am to 5pm.

Duties
• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression for customers.
• Address customer inquiries, process requests, and resolve complaints by coordinating with management and the sales team.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone, voicemail, and email, providing confirmation upon completion.
• Scan and maintain records of daily customer invoices, driver manifests, purchase orders, bills of lading, grower/shipper/broker invoices, and expense invoices.
• Update and manage customer inquiries in the CRM system to support sales and customer relationship management.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow through on customer requests.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve in real time, and de-escalate customer concerns.
• A strong team player with a collaborative approach.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
