As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers through inbound phone calls, email, and account assistance. You will answer customer questions, process orders, resolve concerns, and help create a positive customer experience with every interaction.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, learning new systems, and working in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with orders, product information, pricing, promotions, and shipping inquiries
- Update customer accounts accurately
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Meet customer service and performance goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Support retail showroom operations as needed
- Occasionally make outbound customer follow-up calls
- Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Windows-based systems
- Retail, customer support, customer care, or contact center experience
