About the Role:

The Self-Service Retail Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of self-service retail environments. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. The supervisor will implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize the self-service process. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail supervisory role or similar position.
• Familiarity with recycled automotive parts or self-service salvage yard environment.

• Experience with managing to key performance metrics.
