This role sits within a global loan operations function supporting corporate and institutional credit financing activities. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate servicing of loan transactions, including interest, principal, and fee processing, while maintaining the integrity of underlying accounting records. The position involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to execute cash movements and ensure timely reconciliation of financial accounts. You will operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where precision, control, and adherence to deadlines are critical. The role is highly execution-focused but also requires analytical thinking to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively. You will contribute to strengthening operational resilience and efficiency across loan servicing processes. • Review loan documentation and process principal, interest, and fee transactions accurately within the loan accounting system.
• Initiate and manage cash movements through internal transfers as well as external payment systems such as Fed wire and SWIFT.
• Perform reconciliation of general ledger and demand deposit accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan servicing activities in line with operational and compliance standards.
• Support end-to-end loan servicing processes within Global Credit Finance operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and ensure smooth operational execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and control purposes.

• 7+ years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, or corporate banking operations.
• Strong understanding of banking products, lending processes, and basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience working with reconciliation processes and financial transaction processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Prior exposure to corporate banking or institutional lending environments is highly desirable.
