In this role, you will lead national business development efforts across facility management and project management services, building and converting a high-value pipeline of enterprise clients while shaping market positioning and supporting cross-functional execution. You will be responsible for both strategic growth planning and hands-on client engagement with senior decision-makers.

This role requires a senior business development professional with deep experience in facility management, construction, or large-scale multi-site service environments. - 7–10 years of B2B business development experience in FM, PM, construction, or multi-site services
- Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise or national accounts

- Strong analytical skills, including ROI modeling, margin analysis, and contract evaluation
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo
