Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead national business development efforts across facility management and project management services, building and converting a high-value pipeline of enterprise clients while shaping market positioning and supporting cross-functional execution. You will be responsible for both strategic growth planning and hands-on client engagement with senior decision-makers.

  • Develop and execute national pipeline strategies targeting multi-site enterprise accounts
  • Drive high-value sales cycles within facility management and project management sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and facility leaders
  • Design and deliver executive-level presentations focused on ROI and operational efficiency
  • Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring
  • Collaborate on brand positioning through case studies, content, and go-to-market messaging
  • Represent the organization at major industry conferences and national events
  • Partner with internal project and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales promises and delivery
  • Analyze financial and contractual structures to support pricing and margin optimization
  • Provide strategic input to leadership on growth opportunities and market expansion
Requirements

This role requires a senior business development professional with deep experience in facility management, construction, or large-scale multi-site service environments. You are a strategic relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to manage complex, high-value sales cycles. You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and translating technical service offerings into compelling business outcomes.

  • 7–10 years of B2B business development experience in FM, PM, construction, or multi-site services
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise or national accounts
  • Strong experience managing consultative, solution-based sales cycles
  • Ability to build long-term strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers
  • Strong analytical skills, including ROI modeling, margin analysis, and contract evaluation
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events
  • Strategic mindset with strong market awareness and competitive intelligence skills
