This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, strategy, and execution, focused on turning newly established partner relationships into measurable business impact. You will be responsible for activating and embedding strategic partners into operational workflows that drive referral volume, pipeline influence, and member engagement. Acting as a key connector across sales, consultant relations, marketing, product, and customer success, you will ensure partner ecosystems are fully operationalized and optimized for growth. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on building scalable playbooks and repeatable activation processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring partnerships translate into real revenue outcomes and improved access to services. This is a highly cross-functional and fast-paced role where success is defined by measurable partner performance and business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute partner activation strategies that convert signed partnerships into active referral flow, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure seamless integration of partner offerings into workflows, platforms, and member engagement journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and consultant relations teams to align on target accounts, joint pipeline initiatives, and field activation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and customer success to support integrations, reporting systems, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Build onboarding programs, training materials, and enablement resources to support partner-facing teams and drive adoption.
  • Define and communicate clear positioning, use cases, and referral pathways to simplify partner engagement and recommendation processes.
  • Run joint performance reviews, planning sessions, and business reviews to ensure accountability and continuous growth across partner relationships.

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic account management, consultant relations, or similar roles within healthcare, digital health, or employer benefits.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partnerships, referrals, or distribution channels.
  • Strong understanding of commercial dynamics and how partnerships influence pipeline generation and business growth.
  • Experience working alongside enterprise sales teams and supporting quota-driven revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with experience managing complex workflows, integrations, or partner programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, with additional bonus eligibility.
  • Equity opportunities as part of a long-term incentive package.
  • Remote-first work environment across the United States.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven organization transforming healthcare access and affordability.
  • Strong cross-functional exposure across sales, product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Dynamic environment with high ownership and visible business impact.
