Job Description

Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in United States.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, fully remote technology company and help build a high-performing team for scale.
You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from proactive sourcing through offers, while continuously strengthening the talent pipeline.
The role combines technical recruiting, talent community building, employer branding, and recruiting operations.
You will work closely with founders, senior leadership, and teams across the organization to identify and attract exceptional talent.
Your work will directly influence team growth, talent density, and the candidate experience.
You’ll have significant autonomy to experiment with creative sourcing strategies and improve recruiting infrastructure.
The environment is remote, low-ego, highly collaborative, and focused on ownership, quality, and execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and execute a proactive talent community strategy that consistently attracts high-caliber candidates and strengthens future hiring pipelines.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, applications, screening, coordination, candidate communication, and offer management.
  • Develop creative, role-specific sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
  • Partner closely with founders, leadership, and hiring teams to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and deliver strong talent outcomes.
  • Continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including candidate scoring rubrics, interview plans, communication processes, and other hiring workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver a thoughtful, engaging, and memorable candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Increase talent brand awareness through social media, employee engagement, developer communities, conferences, meetups, and other relevant channels.
  • Stay closely connected to engineering culture and technical communities to understand where and how exceptional candidates engage.
  • Contribute to scaling hiring practices as the organization grows while preserving strong values, culture, and hiring standards.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, or relevant experience in technical roles combined with a transition into recruiting.
  • At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience within a scaling startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative and effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and talent markets.
  • Strong understanding of engineering culture and genuine interest in engaging with developer and technical communities.
  • Excellent candidate relationship-building skills and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders and hiring teams.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with developer tooling or software infrastructure companies is highly desirable.
  • Active participation in startup, technology, or engineering communities is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the challenges involved in scaling a company from approximately 50 to 100+ employees while maintaining culture and hiring quality is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote position with flexible working schedules.
  • Remote collaboration across the Americas, with working hours aligned to UTC-8 through UTC.
  • Significant autonomy and ownership, with an environment that encourages experimentation and fast execution.
  • Opportunity to work closely with founders, senior leadership, and technical teams.
  • Modern recruiting and technology stack, including tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, Notion, and other contemporary platforms.
  • Low-ego, collaborative team culture focused on trust, ownership, and solving meaningful problems.
  • Opportunities to participate in team offsites, conferences, meetups, and other community events, with some travel expected.
  • Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
