Job Description

Integrity Automotive Scanning and Calibration Solutions is part of a family owned and operated group that has been open since 1978 and to this day we maintain the family feel with the benefits and resources of a larger company. We are a growing team that values training and internal development.

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to become an essential part of our team by managing the administrative side of our scanning and calibration operations and keeping our technicians focused on the technical work.


What You'll Do

  • Assign incoming work to technicians based on region
  • Manage the workflow of jobs from assignment through completion
  • Review, clean up and format technician notes and documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and finalize invoices based on completed technician work
  • Communicate with technicians when additional information or clarification is needed
  • Track the status of vehicles and jobs throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records within our repair management and business systems
  • Coordinate with repair facilities and internal teams regarding scheduling, job status, and completed work
  • Assist with other administrative and operational responsibilities as needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with computers and multiple software systems
  • The ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence communicating with technicians, management, and repair facilities

  • Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm schedule
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once
  • Reliable and self-accountable
  • Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed

The pay range for this role is:
18 - 22 USD per hour(Omaha, NE)
