About Pure Infusion
Pure Infusion is a fast-growing healthcare company and a leader in chronic-condition infusion therapy. We deliver a personalized, private, and meaningful infusion experience for patients who often need ongoing care and consistency. Pure Infusion has been recognized as one of Utah's fastest-growing companies, and we believe that growth is a reflection of our people, purpose, values, and patient-first culture.
Our patients are referred by specialty physicians for biologic and other infusion therapies, often related to autoimmune disorders or primary deficiencies. These patients need more than an appointment. They need a place that feels calm, professional, comfortable, and human.
Our Core Values
We live by four core values that define our culture and guide our hiring:
People-Obsessed | We care deeply about patients, teammates, referring providers, and every person who interacts with Pure Infusion. |
Relentlessly Improving | We look for ways to make every visit, every process, and every interaction better than it was yesterday. |
Innovators | We are willing to challenge old healthcare assumptions and build a better model for patients and teams. |
Grateful | We serve with humility, appreciate the people around us, and believe gratitude should turn into action. |
Schedule and Benefits Snapshot

RN Infusion Nurse
For patients living with autoimmune disorders, infusion day is often the most important appointment on their calendar. We're looking for an RN Infusion Nurse who brings both clinical skill and genuine warmth to that appointment, every time.
Why This Role Feels Different
This isn't high-volume, assembly-line nursing. You'll build real relationships with the same patients over time, watching their treatment progress and becoming a familiar, trusted face during a vulnerable part of their care.
You'll work independently, alongside office staff, with the autonomy to manage your patients' infusion visits from start to finish, while specializing in IV therapy for autoimmune conditions.
If you want nursing work that's hands-on, relationship-driven, and genuinely appreciated, this role gives you that every shift.
The Job
As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working independently alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectable medications as ordered, along with appropriate patient education.
-Start and discontinue IV lines for infusion therapies.
-Establish peripheral IV (PIV) access.
-Access PIVs and ports.
-Prepare (mix) and administer medications.
-Triage infusion patient inquiries.
-Travel to other locations on occasion.
-Participate in performance improvement activities that enhance care delivery, offering suggestions and assistance toward continuous quality improvement of patient care.
-Adhere to standards of safety and infection control in the delivery of patient care.
-Demonstrate thorough knowledge of, and compliance with, all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a nurse who brings strong clinical judgment along with genuine warmth and patience for the people in their care. Ideal candidates will:
-Demonstrate comprehensive nursing assessment skills.
-Bring excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills.
-Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
-Bring excellent customer service skills.
-Be eager to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding organization.
-Collaborate well with others and offer outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications
-Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience.
-RN degree; current nursing license for the applicable state.
-BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
-Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred.
