With accuracy and exceptional problem-solving skills, the Program Performance Management Specialist will provide contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for small IR&D or engineering projects or larger programs in a supporting role. We’ll rely on you to support the development of the project/program time-phased cost and/or schedule baseline within the project/program parameters in conjunction with the project/program team, as well as analyze and monitor the project/program performance (historical and predictive), estimate at completion and/or schedule completion date, and support recommendations made to project/program manager and leads.

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to be a team contributor on a larger program or an EVMS requirement program
- Good organizational, analysis, and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi-task high priorities

Salary Note
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Combined Salary Range
USD $72,818.00 - USD $78,791.00 /Yr.
