You keep the restaurant moving. As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the kitchen team by keeping dishes, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for service. Your speed, consistency, and teamwork help the entire restaurant deliver a great guest experience.

Alexandria Restaurant Partners locations include Ada’s on the River, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, Café Tu Tu Tango, Mia’s Italian Kitchen, Palette 22, Joe Theismann’s, The Royal, and Vola’s Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge.

• Keep dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment clean, sanitized, and ready for use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish area throughout every shift.
• Work with urgency to keep pace with a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Follow proper sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures at all times.
• Sort, stack, and store clean items in their designated areas.
• Assist with keeping the kitchen, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces clean and organized.
• Safely operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support the kitchen team with additional cleaning and organizational tasks as needed.
• Take pride in being dependable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required. We’re ready to train the right person!
• A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing cleanliness or safety.
• Ability to stay organized and productive during busy shifts.
• Team-first attitude with a willingness to support both BOH and FOH operations.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
