We are seeking a structured, critical-thinking Operations Specialistwho thrives in a vibrant, hands-on and fast-paced environment. This pivotal role reports directly to theOperations Managerandwill be the driving force behindmaintainingsmooth daily operations, supportingourConsulting team.

In ourOperations team, we get things done and enable everyone in the organisation to get things done too. OurOperations team covers a broad range of areas, including finance, administration, IT, compliance and strategic initiatives.
We providesupport to our ever-growing team ofConsultantsand contribute to the effective delivery of projects by managing,maintainingand executing operationaland administrativetasks,developing and managing operationalprocessesand systems,identifyingoptimisationopportunitiesand driving improvement initiatives.
- Toprovide daily supportby addressingourconsultants’requestsand executing Laminar Operations processes
- Toidentifyimprovement opportunities in our operations and drive improvement initiatives
- Be able to critically think through problems and come up with structured solutions
- As part of ourOperations team, you will work closelywiththe different areas withinOperationsandother departments tooptimiseworkflows,developandrefineprocesses
Your top 5 responsibilities
Consultants Support:You willbe the go-to personin answeringand supportingourconsultants’questionsandrequests,helpingthem get up to speedanddeliver the best valuetoour projects
Project and Systems Setup:You willget the ball rolling bysetting up the systems and assets necessary for projects to start
Customer systems management& contract review and compliance:you will set up and manage our registration in customer systems and ensure wecomplywithour clients' administrative requirements. You will support the review of new project contracts, NDAs, travel insurances, certifications,highlight potentialrisks and ensure compliance withourstandards
Cross-functionalcollaboration & process improvement:you willbepart of our Operations team,working togetherin developingand managingscalable processes and systems, spotting new improvementopportunitiesand driving improvementinitiatives
Develop everyone:maximise the development of yourself personally and professionally, and educate our team to improve as well
YourCapabilities

This role would suit an engineering, science or business graduate (or recent graduate)
You know how to automate manual tasks with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate
You use AI tools daily to streamline your work and increase your effectiveness
Ability to think critically and solve problems in a structured way
You have a service-oriented attitude.
You are a systems-thinker with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
You have high self-agency and a strong ownership mindset.
