RevOps Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a RevOps Manager in United States.

In this role, you will own and evolve the technical and data infrastructure that powers a fast-scaling go-to-market engine within a mission-driven SaaS environment. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring every campaign, launch, and growth initiative is supported by reliable data, automation, and scalable systems. This is a hands-on builder role where you will architect CRM structures, integrate multiple data sources, and design automation workflows that reduce manual effort and increase operational speed. You will also play a key role in enabling AI-driven marketing capabilities, improving segmentation, attribution, and lifecycle visibility. Working closely with product marketing, growth engineering, and events teams, you will help ensure every initiative is measurable, repeatable, and optimized for impact. This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning complex systems into clear, actionable insights.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the core revenue operations infrastructure that enables scalable growth and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Design, maintain, and evolve the marketing data model within the CRM, ensuring scalable architecture, clean data structures, and consistent governance standards
  • Build and manage data pipelines integrating CRM, product analytics, event platforms, enrichment tools, ad systems, and warehouse data into a unified GTM ecosystem
  • Develop and optimize automation workflows that improve marketing efficiency, including lead enrichment, lifecycle triggers, segmentation, and campaign orchestration
  • Own reporting and analytics infrastructure, building dashboards that track funnel performance, campaign ROI, attribution, and product adoption metrics
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to define KPIs, instrument product and onboarding flows, and ensure accurate measurement across the funnel
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools and automation solutions that enhance productivity and enable smarter targeting, personalization, and campaign execution
  • Support GTM execution for product launches, events, and community initiatives by ensuring proper tracking, routing, and performance visibility
Requirements

This role requires a strong mix of technical fluency, systems thinking, and cross-functional communication skills, with experience in SaaS revenue or marketing operations environments.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong hands-on technical capability with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including workflow building, system administration, and data modeling
  • Experience designing or improving marketing data architecture and integrating multiple systems across a GTM tech stack
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, measure campaign performance, and translate insights into action
  • Proficiency working with data tools such as SQL, BI dashboards, or analytics platforms is highly valuable
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on data instrumentation and event tracking
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, builder-oriented mindset with comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with equity opportunity ($120,000 – $170,000 USD range depending on experience and location)
  • 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (partial coverage for dependents)
  • Generous PTO policy including parental leave
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Home office stipend and company-provided equipment
  • Bi-annual in-person company retreats for collaboration and alignment
  • Fully remote-friendly environment with strong flexibility and autonomy
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth organization with meaningful mission impact
