The Service Companies is hiring, and we want you to join our Team! We are looking for professional team members who are responsible for cleaning hotels, all while providing great customer service. Essential Duties:

• Vacuums, sweeps, mops, grinds and restore marble floors
• Stripping and waxing vinyl floors
• Maintains carpets by shampooing using variety of carpet cleaning procedures
• Maintains floor care equipment
• Working knowledge with buffers, auto scrubbers and carpet extractors
• Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees
• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures
• Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed
• Is open to coaching and feedback from supervisor. Makes improvement
• Works weekends and holidays

• Must meet company and clients appearance standards
• Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Someone who is friendly & hard working
• Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation
• Reliable transportation
• One year of previous hotel carpet floor tech, or carpet cleaning experience preferred
