Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, is required.
What You'll Do- Manage custom fabrication projects from initial scope and proposal through production, delivery, and installation.

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, purchasing, vendors, shipping, and installation teams.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, to review, modify, prepare, and communicate artwork and production files.
- Review artwork and drawings to ensure the fabrication team has accurate information needed for production.
- Evaluate materials, finishes, hardware, and fabrication methods to determine the best approach for each project.
- Monitor labor, material usage, project costs, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors when specialized materials or services are required.
- Conduct quality-control reviews and ensure issues are resolved before projects are completed.
- Support delivery and installation planning and assist with field-related fabrication questions or modifications.
- Promote a safe, organized, efficient, and professional shop environment.
