This pay starts at $17.00. Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, falling between 8:00am-6pm, generally in 8 hour work days.

What You'll Do
🛠️ Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple KARM Stores.
💡 Repair and replace lighting, electrical outlets, plumbing fixtures, doors, and other building components.
🌡️ Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems, fire safety equipment, and emergency lighting.
🎨 Complete painting, light carpentry, flooring, and general facility repairs to keep stores safe and looking their best.
🚐 Travel between store locations, purchase supplies, and track maintenance requests and completed work.
What You Bring
✔️ General maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or similar trades).
🚗 Valid driver's license (F endorsement required or ability to obtain, if applicable).
💪 Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
📱 Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, computer, and GPS to manage work requests.
🤝 Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a servant's heart with a commitment to teamwork.
