This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on driving the overall commercial success of a strategic growth market. The Country Director will own the Brazil business strategy, revenue performance, profitability, market positioning, and long-term expansion agenda. You will build and maintain executive relationships across financial services, fintech, banking, lending, payments, and related ecosystems. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major enterprise opportunities and transformational deals. You will represent the business externally while aligning local priorities with broader global objectives. Internally, you will lead and develop a high-performing commercial organization and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Presales, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery teams. This role is ideal for an accomplished enterprise technology leader with deep knowledge of the Brazilian financial services market and a strong record of profitable growth.
- Own and execute the overall business strategy for Brazil, aligning country priorities with global growth objectives and developing a multi-year market expansion plan.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to strengthen market positioning and accelerate growth.
- Serve as the senior representative in Brazil, building trusted relationships with customers, strategic partners, industry associations, and other key market stakeholders.
- Own revenue, bookings, profitability, and commercial performance targets for the country.
- Develop annual operating plans, forecasts, growth projections, and commercial strategies while maintaining accountability for financial performance and gross margin.
- Monitor pipeline health, sales performance, forecast accuracy, business results, and commercial efficiency to ensure sustainable growth.
- Drive strategic account expansion and maximize customer lifetime value across the existing client base.
- Lead complex enterprise sales engagements with banks, fintechs, lenders, payment providers, and digital financial institutions.
- Develop C-suite and executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and personally engage in strategic opportunities and high-value transformational deals.
- Guide enterprise negotiations, strategic partnerships, and complex commercial agreements while maintaining a disciplined sales and forecasting methodology.
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial organization in Brazil, fostering a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent as the business scales.
- Partner closely with Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and executive leadership teams to ensure strong execution and alignment.
- 12+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, financial technology, or closely related sectors.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in Brazil, preferably within banking, lending, risk, fraud, analytics, decisioning, or related technology markets.
- Demonstrated experience owning or significantly influencing P&L performance and commercial results.
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing commercial organizations.
- Extensive experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic accounts with large organizations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite, board-level, and other senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial services ecosystem, including its market dynamics, customer landscape, and commercial opportunities.
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, financial management, and business-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate market opportunities into actionable commercial strategies and measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Experience representing a technology business at industry events, with customers, partners, and market organizations is highly desirable.
