Director of Talent Acquisition
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading Teems global recruitment strategy, ensuring the company consistently attracts, evaluates, and hires high quality, reliable, and engaged talent that supports Teems rapid growth. This role ensures the Talent Acquisition team embodies Teems Vision, Mission, The Teem Way, and Core Values while building scalable systems and processes that help the organization reach its long term goals.
This leader develops recruiters, manages hiring pipelines across all verticals and departments, and ensures the TA function delivers predictable, fast, and high quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Build and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with Teems Vision to build the hybrid workforce for healthcare practices
Ensure TA processes support Teems Mission to provide reliable, cost effective, and engaged virtual assistants for healthcare practices
Forecast hiring needs across all departments and verticals as Teem scales toward the ten year target of 10,000 team members by 2031
Analyze hiring trends, market conditions, and pipeline risks and share insights with ELT to guide workforce planning
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, coach, and develop TA Specialists, Sourcing Specialists, and other team members
Reinforce The Teem Way including Customer and TM Obsession, Operational Excellence, Sustainable Thinking, and Think Big and Iterate Quick
Foster a culture built on Teems Core Values of Ownership, Over communication, Proactivity, and Relationship Based service
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for all TA team members
Create clear expectations, role clarity, developmental pathways, and succession plans
Operational Excellence
Ensure TA meets or exceeds KPIs related to time to fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance rate, hiring manager satisfaction, Teem member retention, and pipeline health
Monitor workflow adherence, assessment administration, interview processes, and documentation standards
Optimize sourcing strategies, assessment processes, and interview structures to increase hiring speed and accuracy
Review pipeline data and operational metrics to ensure accuracy, predictability, and visibility
Candidate Experience and Stakeholder Partnership
Ensure all candidates experience a smooth, timely, and respectful hiring process
Partner with hiring managers, department leaders, and cross functional partners to understand role expectations and future needs
Provide consultative support to leaders on job design, interview processes, and ideal candidate profiles
Ensure TA delivers a predictable and high value experience for internal teams and candidates
Process and System Optimization
Enhance workflows, automations, and documentation to support scalability and reduce bottlenecks
Evaluate and implement sourcing tools, assessments, and systems that improve quality and speed
Work with Biz Ops to optimize ATS performance and reporting
Ensure assessments such as unique strengths and abilities and technical evaluations are administered consistently and accurately
Data, Reporting, and Accountability
Own TA scorecards, KPIs, and hiring dashboards
Use data to identify pipeline health, sourcing efficiency, bottlenecks, and forecasted hiring needs
Ensure reporting is accurate, visible, and actionable
Hold the TA team accountable to expectations, deadlines, communication standards, and The Teem Way
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with Success, Managed Services, Sales, Biz Ops, and departmental leaders to ensure talent needs are met on time
Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, headcount planning, and cost per hire metrics
Work with Marketing to strengthen employer brand, recruitment campaigns, and global brand consistency
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Planning
Experience leading high volume or multi layer recruitment teams
Strong sourcing strategy, process design, and workforce planning skills
Excellent communication and relationship building abilities grounded in Teems Core Values
Ability to lead operational changes, scale systems, and improve hiring outcomes
Experience using data to drive decisions and improve pipeline efficiency

Candidates experience a fast, organized, and relationship based hiring process
