About the Role:

The Leasing Professional Part-time at Arrowood Farms plays a critical role in driving occupancy and revenue growth by effectively marketing and leasing residential properties. This position requires building strong relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure a positive leasing experience and foster community retention. The Leasing Professional will manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the property management team to support operational goals and contribute to a welcoming community environment. Success in this role directly impacts the property's reputation and financial performance by attracting and retaining quality residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Basic knowledge of leasing laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, to better serve a diverse resident base.
  • Certification as a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) or similar credential.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding leasing goals in a multi-family residential environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage prospective residents, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing terms.
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key features to showcase the value of the community.
  • Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and ensure compliance with leasing policies and fair housing regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident interactions, and follow-up communications using property management software.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and resident satisfaction.
