You will work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams, colleagues, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote U.S. opportunity, with Minneapolis-area candidates preferred and occasional travel possible.

Accountabilities:
  • Own complex and/or multiple client relationships while serving as the project owner for e-commerce content initiatives from inception through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project work-back schedules, ensuring all preliminary tasks, activities, and deliverables are assigned and completed on time.
  • Initiate project kickoff and solution review meetings and coordinate subsequent meetings, milestones, and activities according to project requirements.
  • Direct project activities and monitor progress to maintain cost, timing, quality, and operational efficiencies.
  • Engage with clients to understand expectations, validate protocols and brand requirements, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a primary contact for client questions, status requests, concerns, and information needs, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Monitor production-related inquiries, identify potential conflicts, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Apply knowledge of the digital shelf process, including activities from creative kickoff through content publication and syndication.
  • Interpret client needs and coordinate internal resources to ensure projects meet agreed requirements and expectations.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal colleagues, management, and external clients.
  • Identify and address project risks, escalating issues when appropriate to support successful delivery.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Understanding of digital shelf content requirements is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
  • Strong project management, planning, prioritization, analytical, budgeting, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage projects from conception through completion while maintaining focus on deadlines, budgets, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish productive relationships with clients, peers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence peers and management and navigate complex client needs.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Occasional local, national, or international travel may be required.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of a remote/project-based work environment, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.
  • Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state; the role is not available to candidates residing in AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, or WV.
Benefits:
