Recruiter in Peoria, Arizona at The Antigua Group Inc

The Recruiter role is response for identifying, recruiting, and screening, testing potential employees for specific positions for the organization. Will oversee job fairs, the company’s career page and social media job posting boards and on-boarding processes. The role will also assist with the maintaining of employee records, in addition to supporting the upholding of policies and practices.

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Ensure hiring managers have a job description of the open posting that aligns with HR Posting practices, i.e: approval to post position, recognized job title, salary and physical demands of the position.
• Process and or review all the On-Boarding functions for new employees.
• Support HR Department with any operation tasks.

• High school graduate, with five years’ experience as Recruiter, and preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Must have knowledge with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Strong knowledge of working with Social Media Posting Boards, hosting Job Fairs and attending community events
• Must have experience managing recruitment, hiring and on-boarding using a HRIS platform.
• Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office Products. (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Highly organized, with the ability to multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
