RFS Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, licensed Part-Time Therapists to provide meaningful behavioral-health services to children and families in the Marion and Bowling Green communities.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want to continue making a difference while maintaining flexibility in their weekly schedules. You will help children address emotional, behavioral, family, and school-related challenges while working alongside families, educators, and behavioral-health professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Help clients develop coping skills and achieve treatment goals
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in care coordination and treatment-team meetings
• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Genuine passion for helping young people and families thrive
• Reliable transportation and ability to serve the assigned location
