This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a TableauNext Developer - CRM Analytics based in India.

This is a hands-on analytics engineering role focused on building scalable enterprise BI and reporting solutions.
You will transform complex Salesforce and business data into intuitive dashboards, analytical applications, and actionable insights.
The role combines TableauNext, Salesforce CRM Analytics, advanced SQL, data warehousing, and modern visualization techniques.
You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, high-performance analytics solutions.
The position also offers opportunities to improve reporting standards, optimize data processes, and introduce reusable analytics frameworks.
As a senior contributor, you will troubleshoot complex data and performance challenges while mentoring other team members.

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting solutions using TableauNext and related platforms.

• Build and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, analytical applications, and reusable reporting frameworks.

• Define dashboard architecture, reporting structures, visualization standards, and reusable analytics components.

• Develop and optimize Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, including Einstein Analytics and Tableau CRM.

• Integrate Salesforce and CRM data with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms, including supporting relevant AgentForce integrations.

• Develop complex SQL queries and optimize data extraction, transformation, reporting, and data-consumption processes.

• Support data warehousing initiatives by defining analytical data requirements, reporting structures, and data consumption strategies.

• Create advanced and customized visualizations using D3.js when standard visualization capabilities are insufficient.

• Establish data validation, reconciliation, quality-control, and reporting governance processes.

• Troubleshoot dashboard performance, data quality, integration, and reporting issues.

• Optimize dashboards and underlying data processes for scalability, performance, usability, and maintainability.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams throughout the end-to-end analytics development and delivery lifecycle.

• Document reporting architecture, data flows, dashboard logic, and technical implementation details.

• Review analytical solutions for compliance with engineering, visualization, usability, and governance standards.

• Mentor team members on TableauNext, CRM Analytics, SQL optimization, dashboard development, and visualization best practices.

• Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes, reporting quality, development standards, and overall BI effectiveness.

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics development, enterprise reporting, or a related discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience with TableauNext and enterprise BI platforms.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Einstein Analytics, or Tableau CRM.

• Experience integrating Salesforce data with analytics and enterprise reporting environments.

• Familiarity with AgentForce and Salesforce integrations.

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying, data transformation, optimization, and reporting.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, analytical data models, reporting structures, and data consumption patterns.

• Hands-on experience with D3.js and advanced or customized data visualization.

• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise dashboards, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and analytical applications.

• Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, data quality, and reporting governance.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex data, integration, reporting, and performance issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to balance data accuracy, visualization quality, usability, performance, and business requirements.

• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience mentoring team members and promoting BI development best practices.

• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
