This is a hands-on role focused on using automation and artificial intelligence to transform customer and commercial experiences.
You will design intelligent workflows and autonomous AI agents that can support customers, automate processes, and accelerate sales activities.
The role combines n8n expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and omnichannel integrations.
You will connect platforms such as WhatsApp, chat, email, and CRM systems to create seamless customer journeys.
Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will turn operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.
You will have autonomy to experiment with emerging AI technologies while keeping a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.

• Build sophisticated n8n automations that connect customer journeys from initial contact through post-sales.

• Develop autonomous AI agents capable of answering questions, resolving customer requests, and automating repetitive processes around the clock.

• Create intelligent sales workflows that identify opportunities, nurture leads, and help accelerate the commercial cycle.

• Work with leading LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to develop effective, accurate, and natural AI interactions.

• Design and optimize prompts and AI workflows for customer experience and business use cases.

• Integrate WhatsApp, chat, email, CRM platforms, and other systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and related technologies.

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify automation opportunities and translate operational challenges into practical solutions.

• Experiment with new AI and automation technologies while focusing on measurable improvements in response time, customer satisfaction, conversion, and operational efficiency.

• Document, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automations to ensure they are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.

• Measure the impact of automation initiatives and use data to guide continuous improvement.

• Proven hands-on experience building complex automations with n8n and using the platform beyond basic workflows.

• Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their real-world applications.

• Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to structure prompts that consistently produce useful and contextually appropriate results.

• Solid experience integrating systems through REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and related integration technologies.

• Strong programming logic and understanding of data structures.

• Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable solutions, with a genuine interest in emerging AI technologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the creativity to translate requirements into effective and maintainable automated solutions.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• High curiosity, autonomy, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn and experiment.

• Experience with customer experience platforms, chatbots, or omnichannel solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is desirable for use cases that extend beyond n8n capabilities.

• Familiarity with customer and sales metrics such as CSAT, NPS, response time, qualification, pipeline, and conversion is advantageous.

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases/vectorization is a strong plus.

• Experience with other automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or similar low-code/no-code tools is beneficial.

• Familiarity with data, analytics, or BI tools to measure automation performance is an advantage.

• PJ / independent contractor engagement.
