Working closely with warehouse partners, finance teams, and business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to reduce costs and strengthen operations.

As a Senior Logistics & Operations Associate, you will support the execution and optimization of logistics operations while ensuring strong fulfillment performance across retail and ecommerce channels. You will act as a key operational partner, managing workflows, analyzing performance data, and driving improvements across supply chain processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for distribution center partners, supporting outbound logistics and ensuring reliable fulfillment across retail accounts and sales channels.
- Monitor order fulfillment performance and help maintain high service levels by identifying risks, resolving issues, and improving operational processes.
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure compliance across inventory management, warehouse activities, fulfillment processes, and transportation costs.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, vendor guidelines, routing guides, and operational documentation.
- Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, measure KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage retailer chargebacks and claims by reviewing discrepancies, identifying root causes, coordinating resolutions, and implementing preventative measures.
- Support improvements to third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
- Participate in system testing and operational improvements related to technology updates and process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation to strengthen relationships with retailers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Provide support across inbound logistics activities and contribute to broader supply chain initiatives when needed.
- Travel periodically for inventory counts, team gatherings, and special projects.
The ideal candidate is an experienced logistics and operations professional with strong supply chain knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-moving environment. You bring operational discipline, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or fulfillment roles, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience managing operations across ecommerce and/or brick-and-mortar retail environments.
- Hands-on experience working with 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, and B2B order fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, freight logistics, and retailer fulfillment requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and advanced Excel; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics, identify trends, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, retailers, warehouses, and external partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and new challenges emerge.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and a passion for improving operational processes.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for inventory counts, team events, and operational projects.
- Competitive base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
