Social Work-Inpt Psych-LCSW LCPC in Westminster, Maryland at LifeBridge Health

JOB SUMMARY

Ensures that all social services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center, Acting in a lead capacity or in complex situations, is responsible for direct and indirect services for patients, families, and community members of all ages in the CHC area. Advises patient, families or members of our community on social issues, may arrange discharge and aftercare at home or in institutions, may arrange for foster care or nursing home placement, financial assistance, etc. Assists the Behavioral Health Services Coordinator of Social Work in program planning and development for specific service populations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Required Master's Degree Completion of a Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited Program

• Less than 2 years 18 months acute in-patient social work experience preferred Required

• LCSW - Certified Social Worker

• LCPC - Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
