About RPM Healthcare

RPM Healthcare partners with physician practices, specialty groups, medical organizations, and health systems to deliver scalable, outcomes-driven Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and care management programs.

We operate as an extension of our partners, helping them improve patient outcomes, increase engagement, generate new revenue, and reduce administrative burden.

The Role

This is a pure hunter role.

You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with physician practices and medical groups across the country.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution, and be directly responsible for generating new revenue.

This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You are expected to create opportunities, build relationships, and close business.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and engage physician practices, specialty groups, and medical organizations nationwide
  • Build relationships with Practice Administrators, Practice Managers, Physicians, Executive Directors, COOs, and Owners
  • Generate your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry research
  • Conduct discovery meetings and identify growth opportunities
  • Present RPM Healthcare's solutions and value proposition
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Negotiate and close new business agreements
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or healthcare sales experience
  • Experience selling into physician practices, healthcare organizations, medical groups, or healthcare technology organizations preferred
  • Strong hunter mentality with a willingness to prospect daily
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to win
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Preferred Experience
  • Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
  • Chronic Care Management (CCM)
  • Healthcare technology
  • Digital health
  • Practice consulting
  • Medical devices
  • Healthcare services
  • Population health
Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+

Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

On-Target Commission & Bonuses: $110,000 – $125,000+

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Remote work environment
  • Uncapped earning potential
Success in This Role

A successful Director will:

  • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Generate 20+ new prospect meetings per month
  • Close new physician practices and medical groups regularly
  • Develop long-term client relationships
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets

Please include:

  • Coachability
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Ability to verbally sell yourself

This role is for someone who wants to build a career in healthcare sales, own revenue, create opportunities, and be rewarded for performance.
