This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tax & Regulatory Onboarding Administrator based in Brazil.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding experience for clients engaging with Tax & Regulatory services. You will act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of onboarding activities. The position requires strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a regulated, process-driven environment. You will support global onboarding operations by tracking deliverables, maintaining records, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. With frequent client interaction, you will help facilitate transitions into specialized tax and regulatory support teams. This is a detail-oriented, client-facing role that combines administration, coordination, and service excellence in a global enterprise setting.
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison for Tax & Regulatory onboarding, coordinating communication between clients and internal delivery teams.
- Support end-to-end onboarding activities by tracking deliverables, monitoring timelines, and ensuring completion of required tasks.
- Lead and coordinate onboarding calls, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation of client requirements and actions.
- Facilitate smooth client transitions by introducing relevant regional Tax & Regulatory teams and ensuring proper handover of information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client onboarding records, including documentation, correspondence, and system entries.
- Prepare onboarding materials, reports, and status updates for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify risks, delays, or issues during onboarding and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize onboarding workflows, reporting, and administrative efficiency.
- Handle sensitive client and regulatory information with discretion and full compliance with internal policies.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or client support roles, ideally in tax, compliance, finance, legal, or professional services environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and global teams.
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling regulatory, compliance, or client-specific documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort working with enterprise systems, document repositories, or workflow platforms.
- Experience working in structured, process-driven or regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
