Position Title: Landscaper - Grand Rapids, Michigan

Description
**IMMEDIATE HIRE LANDSCAPER FULL TIME-YEAR ROUND $20/HR**

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49512.
Schedule: 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday - Friday. Dayshift hours.

** RESPONSIBILITIES **
  • General labor working on projects of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscape, lawn care, lawn maintenance and grounds care functions
  • May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
  • During snow removal season responsibilities may include clearing driveways & parking lots withboth plow and/or snow blower, as well as applying deicing/salting materials to walkways/parking
  • During snow removal season you must be willing to work all hours of the day while on call 24/7
  • Maintaining multiple apartment communities full landscaping duties under the guidance of a supervisor
** REQUIREMENTS **
  • 2+ years experience in professional landscaping
  • Snow plowing experience strongly preferred
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to help with on call for snow removal duties
