Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Maintenance Coordinator. As the point of contact for resident service requests, you will provide outstanding customer service and support for field-level property management.

This position is based in our client's office in Dallas, TX, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week. Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend overtime hours. All duties are performed in a professional and safe manner, with regular typing, talking, hearing, seeing, reaching, and repetitive motion, along with routine use of standard office equipment.

What You'll be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident service requests within your assigned market, representing the Company in a professional and courteous manner
- Intake, vet, and coordinate resident service requests, communicating with maintenance providers to ensure timely completion aligned with company standards
- Interact with residents with professionalism and courtesy while collaborating effectively with internal team members
- Deliver a high level of customer service and demonstrate competency across all resident interactions, including phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person communication
- Perform vendor management tasks such as addressing vendor questions, setting appropriate expectations, and providing training aligned with company protocols
- Manage your workload in accordance with company standards, including adherence to department-wide KPIs
- Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication or appropriate redirection
- Maintain an organized and consistent filing system on a company shared drive, in accordance with company procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of one year previous experience in either the single-family or multi-family rental industry
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Committed to providing outstanding customer and resident experience
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- High School Diploma or GED
- Interacts productively in person and through technology with co-workers and team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, with the ability to comfortably navigate new technology and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel required
- Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality
