FT Servers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid License/Certifications apply according to positions - check with the Recruiter

High School Diploma or GED education or higher

Ability to speak, read, and write in English

Other qualifications to be shared, according to the specific position

Ability to perform Essential Duties, according to the specific position

Genuine caring for and interest in the care of mature adults, persons with disability and hospice patients

Ability to perform work tasks within the Physical Demand Requirements

Ability to comply with the Resident Bill of Rights (LTC) and Employee Responsibilities

Ability to comply with organizational and departmental safety policies and procedures

Ability to maintain a positive, stable disposition in performing work in association with staff and residents

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
