This hybrid role focuses on creating safe, sustainable, efficient, and engaging workplace environments across the USA and Canada. You will lead workplace services initiatives, strengthen supplier performance, and continuously improve the experience of colleagues across multiple locations. The position combines operational leadership with long-term planning, project execution, contract management, and sustainability. You will translate broader workplace and real estate strategies into practical plans while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. A strong customer-centric mindset will be essential as you identify opportunities to improve workplace services and employee experience. - Lead the planning and execution of building services initiatives, ensuring workplace standards are consistently maintained and continuously improved.
- Implement and support sustainable building practices that contribute to environmental objectives and responsible workplace operations.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to workplace services, identifying opportunities to improve the colleague experience across locations.
- Manage supplier contracts and relationships, monitoring service-level agreements, performance, collaboration, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and execute long-term workplace services plans aligned with broader real estate and location strategies.
- Lead project execution planning using structured methodologies, including the Waterfall Model where appropriate.
- Translate strategic workplace objectives into clear, actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within workplace services and help create inclusive environments for colleagues.
- Promote a strong safety culture across workplace environments and demonstrate consistent safety leadership.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to ensure aligned delivery of workplace services.
- Apply continuous improvement principles to identify efficiencies, strengthen standards, and enhance workplace operations.
- Demonstrated experience in building services, workplace operations, facilities standards, or a related corporate environment.
- Proven knowledge of building sustainability practices and the ability to incorporate sustainable approaches into workplace operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to operational processes and services.
- Strong contract management and supplier relationship management experience.
- Customer-centric approach with a demonstrated focus on improving workplace and colleague experience.
- Understanding of and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles.
- Experience developing and executing long-term plans within a corporate, workplace, facilities, or real estate environment.
- Proven project execution planning experience, including familiarity with structured approaches such as the Waterfall Model.
- Understanding of real estate and location strategy and how it supports broader business objectives.
- Demonstrated safety leadership and commitment to maintaining safe workplace environments.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives and business priorities into practical operational plans.
