Bilingual Production Lead in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin at Lake Country Manufacturing (10737)

• Partner with area leaders and supervisors to train employees on processes and best practices.
• Support Production, Shipping, and Human Resources with personnel matters by translating questions and guidance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work with supervisors and employees to ensure instructions and SOPs are clearly understood.
• Be willing and able to appear on camera to explain SOPs for video-based training as new equipment is added.
• Help maintain established quality standards across production and shipping.
• Monitor production quality across work areas through regular floor observations.
• Help resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Support HR in maintaining shop safety by clearly communicating LCM safety standards and confirming employee understanding.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work directly in manufacturing processes between staff-support duties to learn how each machine operates and improve training effectiveness.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Emotionally regulated and steady presence under pressure

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
• Ability to safely lift and handle up to 50 pounds as needed.

• This role is well suited to someone who enjoys collaborating, staying organized, and supporting team success.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional postsecondary education is preferred.

• 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (8 hours, Monday–Friday)
