Position Overview:

The Wrangling Manager must be an expert on horses, guests and associates. They are dedicated to ensuring we have healthy horses able to be utilized in a manner producing a safe, exciting, fun environment for our guest riders. They must motivate, train and develop that guest/service skill in every wrangler within the department as the guests depend upon his/her staff to provide an incredible, safe experience. This role oversees daily horse, saddle and tack care, ensuring that the Ranch has a clean, well-maintained horse stable space. The role is responsible for creating excellent, memorable guest service to all guests while maintaining outstanding professionalism that reflects the Company’s expectations. Job Requirements:

• Ability to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hours
• Comfort with repetitive tasks on a daily basis
• The position requires the ability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally.
• This position requires the ability to stand, walk (6-7 hours at a time), and climb stairs, reach & bend.
• The position requires that the employee be able to read basic chemical labels and write in complete sentences in submitting reports and assessments.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED or one (1) year equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills, and managerial experience a must
• Horse riding/training/maintenance experience required
• Valid drivers’ license for use of company vehicles may be required for certain roles
