Valto is searching is searching for a Parts Puller to be based out of Goshen, IN. Reporting to Production Supervisor, this person will be responsible for safely removing finished fiberglass parts from molds, transporting them using crane equipment, and ensuring the product meets quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. They are comfortable performing hands-on, physically demanding work, operating material-handling equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment while supporting efficient and safe operations.

How you’ll make an impact in this role:

• • Safely remove cured fiberglass parts from molds using approved pulling procedures, lifting equipment, and crane systems to support production flow and product integrity.
  • Evaluate laminate curing progress and ensure parts meet minimum cure-time requirements before removal to maintain quality and prevent product damage.
  • Inspect finished parts, molds, clamps, and pulling equipment to identify defects, ensure equipment readiness, and support delivery of high-quality products.
  • Operate cranes and material-handling equipment safely, including performing pre-use inspections and following all established safety procedures and certifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work environment by cleaning molds, equipment, production areas, and assigned workspaces.
  • Support overall team performance by collaborating with coworkers, following company policies, and contributing to safe, efficient production operations.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with the ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment, preferably involving material handling, fiberglass, or composite products.
  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate cranes and lifting equipment, including obtaining and maintaining required crane operator certification.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize curing stages, identify product defects, and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and a commitment to consistently using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and working around production equipment for extended periods.

For this role, we anticipate paying $25 an hour. Placement within the range considers experience, skills, and internal equity.
