  • Valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, safe handling practices, and applicable safety guidelines.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Physical ability and willingness to work in demanding conditions and adverse Arctic weather at remote locations.
  • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and visitors.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently complete assigned duties within established deadlines.
  • Willingness to work a 6-weeks-on, 6-weeks-off rotation, with 48-hour workweeks from Monday through Saturday.
  • Willingness to travel to other nearby sites when operationally required.
  • Candidates who are beneficiaries of the Nunavut, Inuvialuit, or Nunatsiavut Land Claim Agreements are encouraged to self-identify and will be prioritized.
