This role is an opportunity to serve as a trusted relationship leader within the mortgage servicing industry, managing key client, investor, and agency partnerships.
You will act as a primary point of contact, helping clients navigate questions, concerns, service trends, and operational priorities.
The position combines relationship management, industry expertise, problem-solving, and proactive account leadership.
You will analyze service performance, identify trends, resolve escalated issues, and recommend improvements that strengthen client satisfaction.
You will also lead business reviews, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and support client implementations and training initiatives.
Success requires strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, regulatory and agency requirements, and the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.

- Manage and maintain all aspects of assigned client, investor, and insurer relationships, serving as a trusted and responsive relationship partner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and agency inquiries, questions, concerns, deliverables, and escalated issues.
- Monitor client satisfaction through monthly comparisons, service trends, SLA performance, and issue tracking, escalating concerns and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Develop and deliver monthly business reviews covering trends, service levels, performance metrics, open concerns, and other relevant account priorities.
- Research, resolve, document, and communicate client and agency issues while ensuring timely updates through final resolution or completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate and lead proactive client and agency conference calls and meetings across functional areas, including agenda development, preparation, follow-up, and resolution tracking.
- Provide training and implementation support for new staff within client or agency organizations.
- Maintain current knowledge of mortgage servicing policies, industry developments, agency requirements, and relevant external resources to provide accurate guidance.
- Evaluate reports and data to identify trends in client concerns, inquiries, response times, and service performance.
- Recommend improvements to processes, procedures, management controls, and operational practices based on issue research and client feedback.
- Build strong relationships across client organizations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Support other team members during periods of increased volume and contribute to broader team objectives as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking.
- 5+ years of customer service or client relationship management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including agency and insurer requirements.
- Strong understanding of GSE, HUD, VA, and GNMA guidelines and related servicing requirements.
- Knowledge of default servicing and broader mortgage industry practices is preferred.
- Experience with LPS/MSP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, relationship management, and client communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to research complex issues, analyze information, identify root causes, make sound decisions, and communicate practical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand clients' businesses and effectively discuss mortgage servicing operations, industry practices, and service requirements.
- Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of management and senior executives.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to meet established standards for job knowledge, quality, efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client, agency, or company locations when required.
- Availability to work normal business hours, with occasional early, late, weekend, or overtime hours as business needs require.
- Annual compensation range of $58,700–$98,600, with actual compensation based on qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
