About the Role

We're looking for an AP/AR Administrator to join our finance team, reporting to the Controller. You'll own the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions for the company, working in Business Central and collaborating closely with operations and finance. This is a hands-on role in a small, tight-knit team where accuracy and follow-through matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time
  • Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, collections follow-up, and reconciliations
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records in Business Central
  • Support month-end close processes
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed
What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years of hands-on AP/AR experience or relevant experience
  • Proficient in Business Central or similar ERP (QuickBooks, SAP, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organized under deadlines
  • Clear communicator, comfortable following up with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Reliable and accountable

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a manufacturing, trades, or industrial environment
  • Exposure to inventory or purchasing processes
  • Accounting diploma or post-secondary coursework in finance or business

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $63,000, based on experience
  • Eligible for annual performance bonus
  • Extended health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Monday to Friday
  • RRSP matching
  • On-site parking

Upon applying, our team will review your resume and reach out if your experience is a match. Thank you for your interest — we appreciate your time!
