Project Manager - Residential Painting

Media, PA

Description

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented full time Project Manager to lead residential painting projects from pre job to final walkthrough. At Heiler Painting, this role is about more than managing schedules and crews; it's about delivering a high-level experience for every homeowner while leading a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

The right person for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, takes ownership, and knows how to keep projects moving while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and crews. If you’re someone who leads from the front, solves problems quickly, and cares about doing things the right way, we’d love to talk.

Compensation:

  • $100,000 to $120,000. Base + Performance Bonuses and Incentives.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage residential painting projects from kickoff through final walkthrough
  • Oversee multiple crews and ensure jobs stay on schedule and on budget
  • Ensure all work meets our quality standards and 7-Step Painting Process
  • Perform regular site visits to maintain clean, precise, high-end finishes
  • Communicate daily with clients and provide project updates
  • Handle client questions or concerns quickly and professionally
  • Lead final walkthroughs to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure materials and schedules are aligned
  • Track job progress, change orders, and project details using company CRM systems
  • Maintain safe, organized job sites at all times

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in project management, foreman role, or residential painting/construction
  • 5+ years of in field painting experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to manage multiple job sites and crews efficiently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working on active job sites, including occasional physical demands
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in the field
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Suite, CRM systems)
