PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to assist the department with administrative functions associated with the Healthcare Network.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with providers and vendors
- Prepare, mail and track all contracts, including facility and physician contracts and amendments, Business Associate Agreements, Consulting Agreements and Patient-Specific Letters of Agreement
- Communicate with providers/groups regarding contract language questions, concerns and/or language changes
- Prepare, mail and track Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Coordinate the provider termination process
- Assist in the communication of new contracts, rates and amendments to internal and external customers
- Assist Director of Healthcare Networks with special projects
- Perform the above listed position functions independently (or with limited supervision) and within time frame defined for the specific task by Fund management
- Sets goals and achieve measurable results

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Years of Experience and Knowledge
- 1 ~ 2 years of related experience minimum
- Some understanding of physician contracts and reimbursement required
- Managed care experience in provider relations, provider contracting and/or provider credentialing preferred
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Skills and Abilities
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills

Salary range for this position: Hourly $25.69 - $31.44. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) as an onsite position, with flexibility to support additional locations and shifts as needed, as well as be on-call as needed.
