Position Summary
We're seeking an upbeat and patient-focused Contact Center Representative to schedule new patients for our affiliated pain clinics and surgery centers. This role involves answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls to individuals who have already requested information or scheduling assistance.

These are not cold calls. All outbound calls are to prospective patients who have expressed interest in learning more about our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling.
• Register and schedule new patients and provide appropriate pre-appointment materials.
• Cancel, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed.
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and educate them on available treatment options.
• Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Support marketing initiatives by tracking and communicating lead activity.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous call center and appointment scheduling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Preferred

• Healthcare or medical office experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software.
