Job Description

Outreach Specialist – Bilingual Preferred (Remote)

Bridge Prenatal · Remote · Full-Time · 20–24/hour

Be the first voice an expectant mom hears from us

When a physician, clinic or health plan refers a pregnant patient to Bridge Prenatal, you're the one who calls. You introduce her to our programs, answer her questions, earn her trust and help her get the care she's eligible for, often before she knows it exists.

What you'll do
  • Reach out to referred patients by phone, text, email, mail and sometimes in person. You'll explain what Bridge Prenatal offers, including Enhanced Care Management (ECM), and guide eligible patients into enrollment.

  • Schedule intake and follow-up visits in our EHR, and send appointment reminders over secure channels.

  • Keep accurate records: outreach attempts, eligibility, authorizations, signed consents, medical histories and demographics for clinician review.

  • Serve patients in their preferred language, including arranging translation services when needed.

  • Work with our clinical care team to keep patients engaged from referral through follow-up.

What we're looking for

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience as a medical assistant and/or in scheduling or a call center

  • A private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace and reliable high-speed internet (at least 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)

  • Availability for core hours Monday–Friday (8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00 Pacific), plus flexibility for some evenings and weekends as needed

  • Comfort with EHR/CRM systems and other digital tools

  • Warm, clear communication with expectant mothers and families from many backgrounds

Big pluses

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

  • Experience in OB/GYN, maternal-child health, perinatal care or ECM

  • A medical assistant certificate, especially with an OB/GYN focus

  • Knowledge of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum care

Why Bridge Prenatal
  • Meaningful work: every enrollment connects a family with care during one of the most important times in their lives

  • Fully remote: no commute

  • Steady weekday schedule with set core hours

  • Medical insurance for the employee

  • 10 days of paid time off, plus sick leave

  • 401(k) through our PEO

  • Ongoing training and coaching to help you grow in healthcare
