Sam Pack Five Star Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a strong leader with automotive dealership accounting experience who can keep our office operations running efficiently while supporting our dealership's continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office and accounting operations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and closing.
• Oversee payroll and employee records.
• Lead and support office staff.
• Ensure accurate dealership accounting and reporting.
• Work closely with dealership management.

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership financial statements and accounting practices.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
