Clinical Director at RCS Learning Center Inc – Natick, Massachusetts

The Clinical Director is responsible for responsible for overseeing the Clinicians and will be responsible to ensure that all student assessments including skills based and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) are accurate and individualized to each specific student. The Clinical Director will also ensure that each student is making effective progress on their skill acquisition and academic programs and decreasing identified problem behaviors with the use of a function based Behavior Intervention Plan. Additionally, the Clinical Director will ensure that the least intrusive, evidence based intervention is used for all behavior reduction. The Clinical Director will review progress reports and serve as an additional resource for Clinicians and families of the students enrolled in the program.
