Reports to: COO
Job Purpose: To oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of ongoing Pipeline construction projects at specific job sites in a large geographical region.
Job Duties:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive physical and mental activities, have face-to-face and telephone contact with individuals or teams, have telephone conversations, write letters and memos, use electronic mail, meet strict deadlines, work with others in a group or team, and work with internal and external customers or the public. Job tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme weather conditions. The work is performed outdoors on the jobsite where the employee will be exposed to extreme heat and cold. The noise level in the work environment can be extreme on the jobsite.
Work Hours: Work hours are generally a regular work week of 40 hours; however, exact hours to work each day may vary as required.

- Provide a safe work environment for all employees
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are safe
- Ensure all employees have the proper PPE to safely work
- Provide employees for construction projects
- Manage budget to ensure expenses and labor are adequate to complete the project in a timely manner
- Oversee employee hours to ensure proper coverage and a steady workload are maintained
- Interview and hire employees
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and located
- Coordinate with corporate office on equipment purchases and rentals as needed
- Ensure proper tools are available for employees to complete their workload
- Conduct safety meetings onsite
- Act as main point of contact on project for clients
- Other duties as assigned
