What will my role entail?

As a Fire Alarm Installation Technician at Benson Systems, you will play a crucial role in the installation of low voltage fire alarm systems. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and proper functioning of state-of-the art systems in various commercial settings, ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients. This position requires a NICET I or II certification, demonstrating your expertise and proficiency in fire alarm systems.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record of 5-7 years in installing fire alarm systems in commercial or industrial setting.

Certifications: NICET Level I or II certification in Fire Alarm Systems. Other factory certifications are a plus.

Skills: Proficiency in low voltage wiring, electronics, and fire alarm system components with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Background check: Must pass a background check with no DUI or domestic violence records as some work may be on Federal Proper and Military Reservations.

Driver’s license: Valid driver's license and clean driving record
