What You’ll Do

As a Sales Rep, you’ll act as a trusted advisor matching our innovative workspace solutions to each client’s vision, goals, and budget. You’ll:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Consult with clients to understand their workspace needs and offer strategic solutions
• Drive growth by actively networking, prospecting, and closing deals
• Present proposals, product demos, and tailored recommendations with confidence
• Ensure smooth execution from project kickoff to post-installation follow-up
• Stay current on product innovations and trends in office design
• Embrace creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (especially outside sales), but we’re open to high-potential candidates with strong people skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales goals
• Comfort with CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Self-starter with a team-player attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Details

Type: Full-Time / In-person
Location: Des Moines, IA
Salary: $30,000 – $50,000 base + commission (uncapped earning potential!)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
