Join us as an Assistant Program Director and help ensure our program delivers high-quality, person-centered care. In this role, youll provide supervision and guidance, support staff development, monitor daily operations, and ensure services meet all policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. What Youll Do

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing department activities; serve as department head in the absence of the Program Director.
  • Participate in developing and implementing program standards of care, philosophy, and departmental objectives.
  • Screen and assign workloads; plan and direct tasks and projects; establish performance standards.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training; instruct staff in methods, procedures, and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with department guidelines, policies, and accreditation standards.
  • Provide direct support to individuals served according to individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth among staff.

What Were Looking For

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field (Required)
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field (Preferred)

Experience

  • Three (3) years of experience as a mental health rehabilitation specialist, clinical specialist, or other professional mental health worker (Preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

  • Any facility-mandated certifications and/or training (Required)
