To help contractors with ordering the proper material for their particular project. To provide knowledge and advice on products for ceramic tile installation. To provide the level of customer service our customers have relied on over the last 65 years.

Duties and responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Help contractors with placing orders, either stock or special order
• Handle payments for order using either cash, check, or credit card
• Provide outstanding customer service with a great attitude.
• Track orders for customers
• Resolve any customer disputes
• Properly handle any customer returns of material.
• Greet contractors/customers in a friendly manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Ability to calculate simple math problems
• Knowledge of construction industry, especially ceramic tile construction
• Southware software experience preferred
• Ability to work with computers
• Ability to function in a fast pace environment
• Friendly, outgoing personality
