About the Role
PATHS, LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Oncology Financial Navigator to join our team in Allentown, PA. This role supports patients undergoing cancer treatment by helping them understand and access available financial assistance, insurance benefits, and reimbursement programs.
The Oncology Financial Navigator plays a critical role in reducing financial barriers to care, improving patient confidence, and supporting positive treatment outcomes during a challenging time.

Physician and Tactical Healthcare Services (PATHS), LLC provides accounts receivable management, patient advocacy, and healthcare consulting services to hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist oncology patients receiving cancer treatments or infusions with applying for drug cost and co-pay reimbursement programs
- Counsel patients on navigating medical bills, insurance benefits, and available financial resources
- Work collaboratively with patients, physicians, nursing staff, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance providers
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with healthcare and privacy regulations
- Support patients throughout the financial navigation process with empathy and professionalism
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
- Insurance billing, Medicaid eligibility, patient advocacy, or social work experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of applicable screenings in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, including:

$19-$20 per hour based on experience.
